The role focuses on enhancing independence, dignity, wellbeing, and community participation while delivering care aligned with individual support plans.Candidates must hold valid work authorisation to work in Australia.Key Responsibilities1. Personal Care &amp; Daily Living SupportAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs): showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, continence care.Support with mobility, transfers, and use of assistive equipment (hoists, wheelchairs, walkers).Prepare meals, support with eating and hydration, and follow dietary requirements.Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.Minimum 6 months experience in disability support is required.2.
